Franz Steiner Verlag places great emphasis on ensuring compliance with all statutory provisions concerning data privacy. We will gather, process and store all the personal details disclosed by you (title, name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, bank details, credit card number) exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the German Data Protection Act.

Your details will be passed on to the service provider responsible for delivering ordered goods as and if required. For processing payments, we forward your payment details to the credit institute charged with executing the payment. Your details are not otherwise passed on to any other third parties.
You can terminate relations with Franz Steiner Verlag at any time. Franz Steiner Verlag will tell you at any time what data are stored relating to your person or pseudonym (electronically as well if you wish) without delay and free of charge. The saved personal details are identical to those details that you can view, edit and print in your registration, and save to your PC. Additionally, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to storage of your data at any time effective for the future. Data used for billing or accounting purposes are not affected by this deletion.
If you wish, we will send you information about our products and services (newsletter service).
